Kali's First Full Sentence

Today Kali actually said a full sentence - totally clear so there was no misunderstanding.
Daddy.....Where is my nuk?
Usually it is just a couple words from a sentence, but we know what she means. Today there was no mistaking what she wanted.

Oh Dear!

Scott hit a deer yesterday going up to his mom and dad's house to pick up the tractor.

Do you think it could have been a relative of this poor thing getting back at him?

Just waiting to hear how much damage has been done.

Happy Birthday Emma!

It was Emma's birthday today and we helped her celebrate at Pizza Hut....Breadsticks and Pizza....mmmmm....

Kali was a little too busy for us so we snuck out a bit early....Sorry Emma!

Happy Easter to Everyone!

Today marked the first time Lori attempted to cook a ham. All was good until Kathy came over and told me I should take the netting off of it. (After it had been cooking for about an hour.) All ended fine, I think. At least nobody complained about the cooking. Kali had a good day. She woke up to search the living room for the dozen eggs that were hidden by the Easter Bunny. Then she tore through her Easter presents, tipping the basket over to make sure she got everything out of it. She's a spoiled little girl. Grandma and Grandpa Wyman, Ashley, Chelsea, and Mark came over to celebrate.

Coloring Easter Eggs

Ashley stopped over to visit. We had some supper and made some Easter eggs... Kali made quite a mess and kept saying "I Do". She couldn't quite figure out how to get the eggs out with the little scooper it comes with.
